Return Policy

For any enquiries, customers should contact us on 1345-326-4870 or email 345verdant@gmail.com. We will try to find a solution within 24 hours.

Refunds can be made to the original payment method used. Once requested, refunds can take up to 10 days to show as credit, depending on the bank. Once issued, a refund cannot be cancelled. We cannot refund a total greater than the original charge amount.

Ordering & Purchasing:

We endeavor to accept all orders. Our products are subject to availability. We may offer substitutes or variations due to seasonal availability and supply price.

Some of our products are priced by weight (for example, fresh produce), while some products are sold by bundle. We make every effort to be clear as to the price and amount of product where possible.

 

Payment:

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

All online payments are taken using Scotia eCom+, view their privacy policy

 

Cancellation:

If a customer would like to cancel an order please contact the office at Verdant Growers, as soon as possible. We can automatically refund the total unless the order has already been fulfilled. Orders cannot be ‘uncancelled’.

If the need arises, we may suspend access to our website or close it indefinitely. Customers are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on customers. SUBSTITUTIONS:

We aim to fulfil your order entirely but as a small business our products are delivered and sourced on a daily basis, this means we will sometimes substitute items in your basket.

If you do not want substitutions, please tell us in the ‘notes’ section at checkout. If this is the case, we will simply refund you for any products missing from your order and you will be alerted in an email.

You will be contacted if any substitutions are made, so that we can give you plenty of choice and to settle any price differences.

‘pre-ordering’ Products:

Some of our products are only available for ‘pre-order’, this means that the product may not be available for your desired delivery/collection date. This is down to some of our products being "single grow" and the limitations of predicting nature.

Using the contact information you provide, one of our team will call you the day before delivery/collection to verify acceptance.
