Shipping Policy
We will do our very best to ensure your orders arrive at your door in a timely manner. That said, we only ship in and around Grand Cayman at this time.
We will package your order to avoid damage from handling and get it to you in the best possible condition.
Our produce are harvested no more than 48 hours prior to shipping. Note however, that certain produce taste better when set aside for a few days after harvesting. These include sweet potatoes, yams and certain other root vegetables with a high sugar content.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with the produce, please tell us immediately and we will replace it or refund the full amount of the purchase. If some items are accepted and others are returned from the same basket of produce, we will replace the unsatisfactory items as soon as is reasonably possible.
We go to great lengths to satisfy you, our loyal customers, so don't feel shy or afraid to tell us how we're doing and how we can improve in any area. We're thick-skinned like our sweet peppers and can take criticism!
